Received this and was pleasantly surprised. The dial is just over an inch and a half in diameter, allowing it to be categorized as a 'ladies' watch', but it's still solid. The arrows are light blue, which contrasts well with the background. The back is also transparent, which is nice. Genuine leather strap. You just have to remember to start them, which takes some getting used to. Here is a short video showing the watch in action. The only improvement I can think of is the packaging, which was a bit sad. It didn't come in its box.
