I love how easy it was to get started using this tool! All that's needed from you (as an administrator) is just one account per organization. It also gave me peace-of-mind knowing my clients were being taken care off during their test cycles. Some users are more efficient than others at reporting problems back to us but we've resolved them all without issue in our first year or so working together. They have been very flexible as well when dealing with minor issues like adding new languages for translations. The only thing I wish they had done better would be having some sort of notification system where someone could view which testers/users haven't reported within a given time period - maybe send out email reminders? Notifications about what has happened after each report too would probably help reduce spam emails. We solved many small bugs before ever getting feedback via traditional methods such as bug tracking software or forums.
