Very smooth integration into existing workflow

I love how easy it was to get started using this tool! All that's needed from you (as an administrator) is just one account per organization. It also gave me peace-of-mind knowing my clients were being taken care off during their test cycles. Some users are more efficient than others at reporting problems back to us but we've resolved them all without issue in our first year or so working together. They have been very flexible as well when dealing with minor issues like adding new languages for

TestFlight has been great but feels outdated

The ability to record tests and share them with clients and other teams. The UI is very easy to use and navigate. I like that it records everything in one place and makes it easy to find what you are looking for. I dislike how long it takes to create new tests. It's not intuitive and there is no way to see which steps need to be recorded. If you have a lot of tests already created, then creating new ones will take longer than normal.
