I have a 1.5 year old Australian Cattle mix who loves everyone (people, kids, all animals) and has a hard time learning not to jump on others. I put this on her as part of our training and it helps her learn so she doesn't scare the kids or hurt anyone. I also use this when I'm in a high traffic area like a restaurant or tourist town and it instantly quiets down. She doesn't like it 100%, I won't lie to you, but she is used temporarily and for the good of all, so she is essential for energetic dogs that need guidance. She can also eat, drink water, and breathe heavily. no limits.
