Shorter than expected
I bought this product because I have neck problems and heat helps. It is well stuffed and constructed. I like the heaviness of it and the comfort on the back of my neck. The quality of the material is great. But, it shorter than I anticipated, the scent is barely noticeable, and takes much longer to heat adequately. I was hoping that it would be long enough to somewhat wrap my neck rather than just barely laying on my shoulders.
