UPDATE: Customer service at this company is exemplary. They contacted me and offered me a new necklace or a refund. I made a request which unfortunately they couldn't fulfill so I accepted the refund. THEN they contacted me again and asked for my address so they could send my daughter a brand new necklace as I requested as an apology for her. This seller is customer oriented and will do their best to make sure you are satisfied. Thanks Alan Your troubleshooting efforts are greatly appreciated and I'm very impressed with how much you care about keeping your customers happy. I will definitely buy from your company again. Thank you, I bought this for my daughter last month. The description specifically says "does not rust or change color". The "stainless steel" surrounding the mustard seed itself is now orange, and the eight on the necklace is also orange. But the chain is silver. I understand that it is not expensive. But I picked this one specifically for her because of the description "does not rust or change color". It was a present for my daughter. Who needs a little trust now. I told her it was stainless steel but also assured her it would NOT discolour. I am ashamed that I gave it to her with the promise that it would not change color. I also bought a bracelet that has NOT changed color. I offered to buy her but she prefers the necklace. Now I have to try and find another one just like this in sterling silver without spending too much money on it. Very disappointed. The "stainless steel" around the mustard seed and the number 8 turned orange within 2 weeks. Many Thanks.
