Easy to assemble, sturdy to sit on. padded feet for hardwood floors. Velcro cover for underside can even be used for storage of light items but in my mirror I could see some ripples in the Velcro so I just took off that cover and put tape over an area where the Velcro was gaping a little from the wood so I wouldn’t see the black Velcro when looking at it from far away. The heathered grey fabric on top looks kindof cheap to me when looking at it close up but the legs make it overall look nicer. The fabric is very soft like a sweater and the buttons are tufted nice and deep which makes it look much nicer and what I was going for:) sitting on it almost feels like memory foam but as a footstool it is firm and heels don’t sink into it. Overall a great purchase for my apartment within my budget.
