Wildkin Wooden Step Stool Gray Review

The best stool for washing hands at the sink. It's taller than most and fits in a cupboard under the sink. We love it. We've added Lowe's anti-slip pads to the steps.

Great heavy stool. It was easy to assemble. It only lasted a few minutes. Looks very elegant and expensive. I can't believe the price I paid. This stool would cost twice as much if I bought it from Bed Bath and Beyond. Worth every penny! I even bought another one in white! Photo included!

My daughter, 4, is about 4 feet tall and can easily reach our counters. I love the stool. It is beautiful and goes well with our decor and furniture. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because there are no handles. The chair slips. I bought small handles to attach to the bottom and the problem was solved. I just wanted them to come with me.

The step looked good out of the box, but when I put it together I noticed that several pieces were not cut straight and therefore did not fit together properly. Also, the screws should hook into the pre-drilled holes, they will not hold to improve the fit when removed. I had to drill additional holes to hold it together and make it strong due to the poor workmanship of the board cuts.

I would like to give positive feedback as it turned out that the stool would be a good addition to my carrycot. Unfortunately, the parts were held together with too small screws. I thought I might have put the wrong screw in the holes, but I quickly found that none of them worked. I will say that Revain returned my money very quickly and they took it out of my house the next day. Excellent customer service.

I have collected many things in my life, but this step stool was the worst experience of my life. The dowel rods are too short and not large enough in diameter. This will cause them to fall out during the assembly process. Some of the screws worked well while others could not be fully tightened. This item is a joke and I definitely do not recommend it. I'll have to use wood glue to attach the dowel rods, but they're still on my office floor for now.

We bought this for our daughter whose bed was separate from the bunk bed and the frame was much higher than we expected. We had another stool in a different color and it was very comfortable getting up and going to bed. It has excellent strength, a beautiful rich color and is easy to assemble. We use it all the time and even I can sit comfortably on it and read her a book while she is quiet and asleep. The younger brother can also use it well.

Also, things started to fall apart quickly. One of the shelves on the steps broke in half when my toddler stepped on it to get to the sink to brush his teeth. Sigh! Definitely insecure. He looks great!. It just has to be done well.

I ordered one of these a few months ago and loved it so much I ordered a second one so I don't have to carry it up and down the stairs. The first one was a nice color and was well finished, the one I just received said it was the same product but the hardware is totally different and it's not dark wood or even dark pressed board, it's light brown (almost yellowish) painted brown). ). We bought this cat step to help her grow old. I very much doubt it will actually hold up to 200lbs moving over it. I wouldn't use it to get off the floor as I weigh 300lbs and I think just the weight of my arms will break it. For the price and what we bought it for, it's good and looks good.
