I work as a home nail artist in a salon that my husband and I built as an extension to our house. I have a large collection of rhinestones, Swarovski and other branded crystals, jewellery, sequins, glitter, studs etc. Not only do I have quite a large collection of items, but I get new items in the mail all the time! Pro - The whole set includes a total of 20 trays and 2 long, thin, needle-tipped tweezers that have a large scoop on the end. Trays come in handy when sorting or organizing different types of jewelry. Because there are 20 trays in this set, I can easily work with 20 different types of decorations by assigning each to a different tray. The scoop on the end of the tweezers is perfect for removing glitter from a bag (unless it's a tiny bag). I often make my own glitter mixes as well as hard gels or glitter acrylic gels so everything I pick up is quite a bit. Cons - I was very disappointed with the overall quality of everything in the entire set. All of the trays are warped and there are a few spots within the trays where rough plastic is sticking out and these areas tend to trap a lot of product and interfere with normal operation. I ended up taking my e-file with a fresh new sanding belt on a mandrel and sanding down all the rough edges as best I could. The tweezers look very nice, but they are also made of inferior materials and you can easily tell because they bend very easily. I believe the parts of the tweezers are actually useless because you have to squeeze a bit forcefully to pick them up, but then the tweezers handles bend inwards. Instead of fighting them I just stick with the other tweezers I have. However, I use scoops on tweezers. This set is not a waste of time. Honestly, that's exactly what I expected given the availability of the kit. I can still get a lot out of everything. Whether you are collecting rhinestones, painting with diamonds, making nail art, etc., they can be very useful. Use the scoops on the tweezers. This set is not a complete waste.
