If I were going out on a normal day, for example, I would choose this mascara. But let's say I want to look this good because I'm going out for drinks with Matthew McConaughey and there's a small chance he might fall hopelessly in love with me, leave his wife, move in with me and as a result the paparazzi is now a part my daily life. I would still use that mascara. So yeah, I'm kind of in love with her. For a number of reasons. Brush. It's softer, gentler, friendlier. I don't know what you want to call it, but it's better. It coats and hugs the lashes better than anything I've ever used. I really didn't think it would matter when I saw the wand was part of the Age Perfect they advertised with this mascara. but yes. Totally does. And he gets EVERY damn eyelash. I didn't know I had so many individual lashes. But it defines them ALL. And when I put on the second layer it doesn't all stick together and then I lose definition. I can also use this on my uncurled lashes while slowly applying/shaping lashes and it gives me enough curl that I can skip this step most days. It also rubs off easily when applied to the skin under or over the eyes (if you have old eyes, you know what I'm talking about). Just let it dry completely and wipe gently with your fingertip. It does not crumble, does not spread, there is strength. Seriously, this material really is AGE PERFECT. **EDIT** to add that I've now bought it in dark brown as well. Lately I've found black mascara a bit too harsh for my very pale skin, so I decided to try brown. The color isn't much different, at least for me. But it's different enough to give it a "softer" look, and I feel like it makes my eyes look younger. When I first used it my youngest daughter (17) asked what I do differently with my eyes because they looked really good. After letting her guess for a few minutes, I told her I had changed my mascara color and she didn't think THAT was the ONLY thing I had done differently. Order more NOW.
