All around great! for homes and habitats
My cat loves this, probably the best thing I've bought him lol. He likes to hide in it and jump from above or chase toys (and people) around him. A little creepy when he's hiding in a pipe and ready to pounce on your ankles! He had no problem with tears, but he doesn't intentionally scratch or bite the toy either. He jumped on it many times and the structure has held up well. In general, we are both very satisfied!
