Easy set up of new stores with very helpful support team! Very flexible platform for multiple use cases including but not limited to shop maintenance scheduling/management (managing service requests), inventory tracking & replenishment, employee time sheets etc - I'm sure there are many other ways this software can be used in your business or organization. We have been able solve our problems related to managing repairs at Shopify locations using workflowmania so far without any issues. It's great how easy it was setup from scratch as we had no previous experience running such type systems before having purchased WFM. The price point could seem high compared to competitors however they provide excellent value when considering all features included within their product offering.
