I like how APM has an easy way of calculating ROI for any campaign or ad group. It's also very flexible in terms of data sources that can be used by their team. They're always willing to work through problems as they come up rather than just saying 'it doesn't work'. Also love working remotely since we are located across the country from each other. There really isn't anything negative about our experience thus far! We've been able to see where our campaigns rank within Google Ads and what keywords have strong search volume. This helps us make sure we stay focused on those areas while continuing to grow our account.
