I like that it is simple for people who are new in social media marketing because of its intuitive interface as well has all features you need at one place! The lack or no response when posting content sometimes makes me feel frustrated but this can be fixed by replying back quickly since there's always someone monitoring their platform 24/7 so they're able respond fast if needed :) Honestly speaking we have not found any faults yet except maybe some minor bugs which could easily get resolved though our technical support team will do everything possible about them within few hours after receiving feedback from users regarding such issues :). They also offer amazing incentives packages too!! So far my clients were satisfied due engagements quality & timeliness while engaging us via WhatsApp group chats using chatbots (AI) feature where members receive automated responses whenever asked questions related to business activities e.g:- product updates etc..
