Item arrived in used condition. Looks like there's some kibble on it. I PAID FOR NEW! So I was very upset that I received something in such condition. Instead of going through the return process I just cleaned it up. But I will definitely not buy from this seller. I don't like being scammed and feeling so cheated...when I buy and pay for a new one, that's exactly what I expect. The product itself looks good and works as described. But like I said, I don't like getting a used and dirty product!
