I was hesitant about buying an air fryer, but I lamented and bought the ninja dual basket.Oh boy am I glad I did. This thing is freaking awesome. I first tested it with some mini egg rolls. Now I have a $5000 trivection double oven and this egg rolls tasted like crap coming out of that. So here goes the air fryer, and I gotta tell you it tasted like is was deep fried. Didn’t use a drop of oil I just put it in the fryer basket and followed the directions are far as time and temp and they out perfect. Next I tried some frozen mini tacos and same results.Then for smiles and giggles I tried a chicken patty they is made to be deep fried. Well again this came out great as well. So now they my freezer is now empty I tried fresh zucchini and carrots, just delicious. I also cooked fresh chicken breast on the bone. The skin was crispy and the meat was juicy. Tonight I put a baked potato in it and corn tortillas for chips.A little olive oil on both each in its own basket and cooked for the appropriate amount of time.The potato skin was crispy and the inside was fluffy, the tortillas came out like a fried the in oil. So far I received this on Monday and have used it every day and it hasn’t disappointed me yet. Like I said I have that oven and also a induction cooktop and a pellet smoker and high end grill and wok burner for our outdoor kitchen. This $230 air fryer is buy far better then any of those are pieces of equipment.Tomorrow I’m going to cook burgers and fries in it. This is a must have appliance for any kitchen or dorm room or studio apartment.I just scratch the surface of what this air fryer can do. So but your toaster and microwave on Craig’s list and take the money and buy this thing. You will thank me.
