Review on 🐠 FZONE Pro Series Aquarium CO2 Regulator with Dual Stage, Adjustable Output Pressure, DC Solenoid, Integrated High Precision Needle Valve, and Bubble Counter by Monique Martin

It looked the same as the Co2 Art regulator so I had high hopes. After a leaking Aquatek I figured if I paid more I wouldn't have a problem. Well, I did a water change shortly after receiving the regulator and found that after over an hour of running the regulator, bubbles were still coming out of the bubble counter. (I fill my 80 gallon aquarium very slowly after a water change so as not to shock my very sensitive German Blue Sheep). Of course I had to close the canister to finally stop the bubbles. Luckily the bubbles per second dropped to about half when the solenoid shut off and I let the sponge filter work so I didn't kill my fish with the gas. . But it worked without my knowledge all night and I wondered why my drip checker was still green in the morning. now i know why As much as I would like to, I feel I need to spend money on a really good product like GLA as it's not worth risking my fish's lives. Update: I'm increasing my rating to 3 stars because Fzone contacted me and offered to send me a new controller that has been tested and verified to fix a product issue. It says a lot about a company when they are willing to support their products and do things right. I have already ordered a replacement but have updated the review to reflect the company's efforts to repair the product. I guess you can just expect manufacturing defects to occur from time to time and maybe I was just unlucky to receive a defective item. Just make sure the solenoid closes fully when the power is shut off before trusting it with the life of your fish. I would be devastated if I woke up in an aquarium with dead fish.
