This is one of the worst quality products I have ever bought. Literally a few minutes after opening the box it was ready for the trash - the base broke (I had a chance to use my old palm's base), all the electrical connections were crushed (Interesting because nothing in the box could do that squeezing (must have happened at the factory), the zip ties are cut with the wrong tool so you have about 90 razor sharp plastic points to cut your hand, the holographic plates are crooked and the palm leaves don't slide into their holders, hence the leaves hang awkwardly. A week later a branch broke in a light breeze because the metal is so cheap and there is no way for a jury to fake a repair. I contacted the seller and received no response was exposed to winds of 40 mph, snow, ice and hail. This one broke after a week. If you think about it, they to buy, take $120 in cash and throw it in the trash. It's save yourself the hassle of shopping.
