After seeing that many professional bakers use acrylic discs, I wanted to try it. I bought this product as it was within my budget and had good reviews. Yes, the quality is good, very well packaged, no scratches. But I felt that it was thinner than expected and couldn't stand up to rough handling. Especially if you slide a knife under the disk after the cake has cooled. Not sure yet about the durability for the purpose I need it for. This gave my cake the perfectly smooth and crisp edges every baker dreams of. I'm very satisfied but I wish it was thicker and stronger.
