Review on MiLocks DKK 02SN Electronic Touchpad Keyless by Jeffrey Gallagher

I bought 2 of these locks for the sauna at our campsite. People from the street came up to us, used the bathhouse and made a mess. After I installed the locks the whole mess seemed to go away too. We have added 2 more bathrooms to the bathhouse. I also ordered 2 more Milocks for the new addition. 1 of the locks didn't work out of the box. I could hear the engine running, but the door wouldn't open. Meanwhile, one of the other original door locks stopped working. I have tried to contact the company to no avail. I ordered 2 locks to replace 2 locks that didn't work. The new locks I ordered work great but I have 2 locks that don't work and I haven't been able to get one. guarantee answers. If you order Milocks and get a good one, they work great. Apparently, if you get one that doesn't work properly, you have to "eat it up" and order another. I would give them 5 stars if their warranty department actually existed.
