Review on 🦋 Melissa & Doug Butterfly Creation Kit by Jeff Vasquez

I have a very talented girl of 5 ½ years old so when I saw the age range of 6 years and over I thought it would suit her. It wasn't for 2 reasons. First, the squares were too difficult for her to knit together, and second, it would take a lot more patience than the average 6-year-old to go through the whole quilt. It ended up taking 2 adults and 2 kids 9+ about an hour to put it all together. I could see this working well for a nimble, patient 8-9 year old and even then it will probably need some parental help sewing the double joints together. But I don't recommend it for 6-7 year olds to do it alone.
