I received my coffee grinders this morning. I was happy with how it looked and would love to fill it in right away. Imagine my surprise when I only find a note in the box asking me to enter a number for instructions. I personally do not give out my phone number to random people. But I need salt TODAY so I wrote. I then get a text back with a link to the care/instructions. So I don't know why the link is just not listed in the document I received. Or here's an idea. This is a simple grinder. It only takes about 3 short lines of care/instructions to get started. Unless you plan on bombarding me with ads for other products, why not just include the ones with paper shredders. Then when I click the link, they need my email address to send me instructions. I am really sure that now they just want my information for further marketing. I finally received a 6-page document via email. I'm on page 3 and so far I've only seen a greeting saying how awesome we are and ads for other products. To make matters worse, I can't download the full document, so I still don't have a SALT. To say I am disappointed in this company is an understatement.
