Review on 💆 Redken Thickening Lotion 06: Weightless Body & Texture for Fine Hair, Alcohol-Free by Stephanie Banks

My hairdresser used it on my hair on my last visit and highly recommended it. Before trying this, I used Tigi Catwalk's Your Highness Thickening Lotion. I have to say my hairdresser was right! This stuff works and gives body and volume to your hair without causing buildup or stickiness. I apply a small amount to my shoulder length hair and then blow dry it. When I really want to add volume with a curling brush, I spritz Redkens Guts 10 (also recommended by my stylist) onto the roots and then blow dry. This combo seems like the best I've tried for my fine hair. I then finish it off by spritzing Paul Mitchell's Shine Spray all over my hair and it looks so shiny and healthy. I prefer to wear my hair without hairspray as I overdosed on Aqua Net in the 80's and 90's. So this combination seems to give me the fullness, body, volume and hold I'm looking for while still looking natural.
