Bought a pair of MIXIN Mens Moccasins Slippers last August. I noticed an issue last week with the sole starting to detach somewhat. Of course the Best Buy return window closed months ago but, not to worry, I simply contacted the vendor with picture and asked for a replacement pair. One week later the new pair arrived.(Iβm always surprised, amused and a bit disturbed with how people react when they have issues with anything they purchase anywhere.1) I always check the reviews but realize they are simply information. I judge the review for what it's worth (a rant or more?).2) When you have hundreds of reviews for an item and nearly 88% are 5 and 4 star reviews, Iβd call the product a safe bet; especially when the 1 and 2 star reviews amount to 6%.3) I read the worst reviews first mostly to see if their particular issues even apply to me.4) Best Buy has a return policy and Iβve found that seller (whoever it may be) has wanted me to be satisfied 100% of the time so far on Best Buy; 95% of the time in my real life.5) Your mileage may vary, I canβt guarantee similar results to what Iβve had in life but my method generally works for me:)6) Sometimes there are issues with any product that are difficult to stop but if the vendor takes care of you, this is a good thing.
