You need to assemble and wonder how the twisted cord looks a little kinked afterward. As easy as adjustment may be, the position of the bulb socket will cause the center of light to be off-center by at least 1.5 inches when the CFL or standard bulb is on. That worries me the most. I like this is a simple old school mechanical switch that works great with my moving head that I connected to an extension cord for my table lamp years ago. I feel like it's not well balanced, little things like that are important to me. The offset lighting is very good annoying and not very aesthetic.
