Doesn't work at all, pulls and tears hairs instead of shaving
I used to buy a Phillips head from the Phillips website but wanted to try Revain and this one is really bad. It doesn't work at all, pulls and rips out hairs instead of shaving them off. It's way too long than usual and it hurts so much to use that head. There is no return or refund policy. I wish I had bought it directly from Philips. Do not buy these products from Revain.
