The moment I took this pan out of the packaging I thought "I love this pan." Yesterday I had my first biscuit baked. The sharp edges made it possible to bake my cake in two separate layers and stack them on top of each other without even cutting them off. Unlike other pans with sharp edges, the seam is fully sealed. This means the corners are slightly rounded and you can trim or reshape them with icing. This isn't a non-stick pan, so I lined the bottom with parchment paper and sprinkled the edges with PAM. The best are the edges that allow me to rotate easily. In fact, the best part is the price. I will buy another one before the price goes up.
