Not waterproof, but water resistant. I use them for working outside during inclement weather, not skiing. I've had 2 occasions working during the rain there were areas it got through.
- Pants fit will and are a nice weight, wish the fleece lining was a little more substantial.
- Not compatible with all types of outdoor gear
