. I purchased this product in January and had trouble turning it on. It will not hold a charge. When I got help to find out if it was me or the device it was too late to return it but I bought a guarantee on it. No one will reply me or replace this item since I paid $150 for it no one will help me. It looks like it's a used Bluetooth as it was just wrapped in a plastic bag. I don't know if it works well if not, but all I know is that nobody helps me to replace it.
