. I purchased this product in January and had trouble turning it on. It will not hold a charge. When I got help to find out if it was me or the device it was too late to return it but I bought a guarantee on it. Having the product for only 2 days does not allow an objective assessment of the battery life. What I can say for sure is that the fit was terrible at best. While most high-end in-ear headphones have flexible and well-fitting tips, this product comes with an ill-fitting tip that sits outside of the ear hole. the clip is loose and not comfortable to hold.
