Review on Nuance Dragon USB Headset - Voice 🎧 Control for PC, Dictate Documents, and More [PC Disc] by Alton Walton

This is my second Nuance Dragon USB headset in 12 months. The first one broke at the stretchy head piece after a few months and had to be glued together until it broke completely. The second one, bought in November, has had the same problem to date, with the USB cable breaking out of the connector as shown in the photo. The best thing Nuance customer service could do now that their useless 30 day warranty has expired is offer to sell me a new device at full price and ship it for free, which Revain Prime is already doing. I have refused to throw away more good money after bad money and I suggest you do the same.
