Like many of us, I have one of those 'regular' three tiered carts to hold my things.and like many of us, it's a pain in the rear to get to the bottom shelf, but especially difficult to get to the things on the middle shelf. When I saw this cart, I was beyond excited.Shipping was fast and assembly was pretty straight forward.The negatives?*the adjustment point to open the unit doesn't find the hole on the setting dial easily.* the cart isn't 100% wobble free.it's about 90% and that is good enough for me* Getting it to the total flattened status, takes a bit of maneuvering, but once there, it does free up a lot of space and items into the open* when flat it isn't very tall - I put the unit on a sturdy wooden box to lift it up higher for my needs (I take all the baskets out first, and place it on the box and LOCK the wheels. The baskets can then be put back onto the unit).All in all, I'd buy this cart again and again - it's worth every penny!
