Seems to be very efficient.

I bought this a few months ago. When I received it I read that they are not recommended for puppies but puppies need to understand good/bad behavior. Our pup is a small mix, currently around 7.5#. Our vet named him "voluntarily" :-D He is 4 months old. He's gotten to the point where he can turn us off completely and I don't want to yell at him all the time. Yesterday I put this on him with clay. / Vibration level set to 7 out of 9. The first correction really scared him, but he came straight to me. I lowered the intensity and now it's set to 3. They recommend the lowest setting that achieves the goal. Even at the age of 3, he immediately stops what he is doing and comes up to me. I can go down to 2 or 1 and hope to just go to clay. Remember this will NOT SHOCK your pet, just vibration and noise. So far so good for us and our little guy.
