Review on NOVAYARD by Tony Hanson

NOVAYARD is an online retailer that offers "something for everyone," and I recently had the joy (or not so much) of making a purchase from them. After what I've been through, though, I have to disagree. The clothes in their collection are meant to be chic and varied, but instead they look like they came from a thrift store. Who, in this day and age, would choose to attire in a puffy dress and neon pants? Customer support was unhelpful, adding insult to injury. Long wait times and unhelpful responses were what I got when I contacted their support staff for help. It was like trying to explain my situation to an automaton. Furthermore, I refuse to discuss their delivery and refund policies. My order took forever to appear, and the return process was more cumbersome than an actual obstacle course. So, if you're searching for dated clothing and robotic service, your online shopping needs are met at NOVAYARD. However, if you, like me, value both fashionable clothing and personal interaction with customer service, you should avoid NOVAYARD. Believe me, your sense of style will be grateful.
