Review on Feeling Royal: Avondale Manor Ella Pinch Pleat Bedding Set in Queen Size, Elegant Grey by Sarah Smith

Very cute and worthy! I would like it cheaper

After reading many reviews on this product I was very concerned before buying this set. I've decided that I love this set so much that I'm ready to give it a try. When I received the set I was very careful to inspect every inch of it. First I look at pillows. This set contains three pillows. A square reversible cushion and two rectangular gray cushions. The reversible cushion is almost perfect! One side has a chevron pattern and the other side is solid gray with a cute pleat pattern. The only thing "wrong" about the pillow is on one side where the stitching is - the stitching has become a bit odd with part of the stitching sticking out instead of lying next to the pillow. (see photo) The rest of the pillow is perfect. Personally, I just put that side on the bed so it's down and then you don't even notice. The other two pillows are exactly the same with each other. They are also almost perfect. The back of the cushions is solid gray and the front is solid gray with an embroidered light gray pattern. The only thing wrong with these pillows is that the patterns are a bit crooked. You can't tell until you look and stare at the pillow. Otherwise the pillows are perfect. That's not enough for me and it doesn't bother me either. The pillowcases are very well made. You are very thin. But it's normal. They are also reversible, matching the first ever reversible throw pillow. Chevron pattern on one side, solid gray and pleated pattern on the other side. The rest of the pillowcases are excellent. They are slightly larger than a regular sized pillow so you will need at least a queen or maybe a king sized pillow to fill them completely. Nothing special, but it shouldn't be. It fits perfectly with our queen bed and lays flat. We had to cut the overly long rope but other than that it's perfect. Blanket is not as plush as pictured and does not have all of the creases as pictured. A TON of lines had to be cut which was annoying but not terrible. The quality is light but warm enough to keep you warm. It would be perfect for all seasons when adding extra layers in winter. The filling is very light but when washed in the washing machine it stays in place and doesn't clump up in the comforter which is good. The stitching is torn on one side of the blanket, but it's not that noticeable unless you look at it and really look. It is reversible, featuring a chevron pattern on one side and a solid gray color on the other with pintucks and pleats on the other side. Overall I think this is a decent bedding set and looks so cute on the bed. I would recommend it to someone but wish it was a little cheaper than $70. For me the price is a bit high compared to the quality. Maybe $55 or $60 would be better. I have to say when I first ordered this set there was a small amount of blood on the blanket so I sent the set back straight away. They sent me a replacement and this kit was in perfect condition. I don't know what happened to the first set, maybe someone cut themselves packing or something. Revane was great and was quick to send me another one.
