Put fuel in for more than 10 seconds because you think it might just take more. I haven't had to get my Zippo out to wave test it just yet. Remove flame Zippo try again NADA. I like it while it worked, and then nothing. It's time to buy another flashlight, not this one, it's unclear why it doesn't light up and if it stops working then you really don't need to use it anymore. The flame will engulf the edge and burn your fingers.
