Cozen O'Connor - Excellent Firm - Highly Recommend
The team at CO is very knowledgeable about its industry areas as well as being able to help outside counsel navigate through difficult situations such as regulatory issues or transactional matters that impact their organization's day-to-day activities. I like how they take time out for both clients and employees alike during important events/milestones (e.g., retirement parties). There were not many things we didn't find beneficial while working together. They do an excellent job supporting partners who aren't lawyers by providing access to legal services when needed.

- Great people great work environment, good benefits package.
- Very open minded in terms with accommodating nonlawyers into our firm culture; it was nice having someone there from another background helping us understand what he does all week long! We appreciated his insight tremendously over these last few years..he has been helpful whenever problems arose within my group here.and always willing too reach back down if something came up
