This is the fourth electric grinder I have owned and I think it is the best. Large selection of plates. Surprisingly powerful and durable, although the motor part seems very light for its size. Have used it about 6 times with different records with great results. A very well designed machine, right down to the handle in the center of each panel to make it easier to hold when inserting. Finally, I don't feel like I need a third hand to assemble parts. It's also easy to understand. Haven't used the sausage option so can't vouch for it, but the meat grinder is superb.
