Great integration with Jira/Confluence where it allows you create tickets from both tools as well as link them together! Not much I dislike about this app but maybe that some functions are not available when working via mobile? We use Confluence primarily so we can easily update our documentation internally while also having access to external stakeholders who need those docs too (who aren't using CI). This helps us get stuff out faster than if they were waiting around just hoping someone will look at their changes. You can see what's been updated externally vs internal without any additional effort or hassle outside normal workflow - very nice!! Definitely considering upgrading other departments once there is demand. Integrating ticket updates easier since everything stays within one tool; no multiple logins & remembering files between applications which was always frustrating before. Also great being able to comment directly inside task instead of going across platforms first then commenting like crazy people do ;) Having something centralized makes my life SO MUCH EASIER because now everyone has easy accesibility in knowing whats changed / needs work etc :) Our PMs have full visibility into each others change requests - saves time tracking down multiple It makes our work easier than ever as we can see what's going out with clients at any given time without having meetings or emails back n forth through evernote etc.. I wish it was able create folders so that things could be organized better but there are ways around this which still make sense when you need them! We have been using PMI since 2005 (almost 10 yrs) & haven't had problems until now!! The lack of organization has caused me great frustration trying to find files/documents needed fast.
