These are hand towels.
The fact that they are labeled as hospital wipes indicates that these are disinfectant wipes that you use to clean. However, this is not the case. After reading the instructions, it says use them on your hands. They should make it clearer in the title! Other than that they have decent wipes although I have no idea how well they actually sanitize your hands. But the towels were perfectly damp, not soggy, but not dry either. And the wipes are made of a pretty decent material that doesn't fall apart.
