Review on Disguise 85229CH Toad Child Costume by Vera Gashi
The hat needs a change to keep it but looks cute.
The vest is very versatile. I've used it on my 1 year old (I had to shrug to pull him in a bit) and on my 8 year old for stage staging. The hat had to be redesigned a bit to make it work on my 1 year old. I took out some of the filler and added an elastic band to hold it. It worked well, but it was a lot of work for the price.
