I bought this charcoal powder a week ago to use as a natural teeth whitener. I was looking for a low abrasion powder and settled on this one mainly because the reviews complained that it was dirty (because it's very fine). It didn't disappoint, although I didn't find it particularly difficult to deal with. Just be aware that when you're done, it can stain clothes and wear down any surfaces it hits. In terms of efficiency, I like everything so far. My teeth feel incredibly smooth and look a pinch whiter with every use. I think consistency over time will be key (as with any natural method). I also like to have it on hand in case I accidentally swallow something I'm allergic to. Overall this is a great product and I look forward to continuing to use it.
