I like to use powder because I can take more.

I like to use powder because I can take more and it cleans my entire digestive tract. The study I read shows that charcoal does not have a great affinity for nutrients but can adsorb endocrine disrupting chemicals, pesticides, fungicides, pathogens, ENDOTOXINS and some heavy metals. Wonderful!

Prevents hangovers Well

Very messy but worth it. There are so many uses for activated charcoal. I brush their teeth sometimes. I don't take before and after photos so I don't notice any difference if it works or not. I like to use it to prevent hangovers and to make me feel really crappy in the mornings after drinking alcohol. I take charcoal and water (about 1 teaspoon activated charcoal) before drinking alcohol (about 30 minutes - 1 hour before drinking). I was skeptical the first time, but the next morning I wokeโ€ฆ

Excellent Quality Activated Charcoal

I use activated charcoal to make an excellent cold process facial soap and now I am starting to use it to clean my teeth. The quality seems great to me. Yes, as others have said, it's very thin and light, so you have to be careful when opening this large bag. I've found that if I stand it upright and tap it gently to get most of it on the ground before opening it, then open it very slowly so there's less "flyaway" loss. I'm just moving it to another container for convenience, but I think youโ€ฆ

I bought this charcoal powder a week ago to use as a natural teeth whitener. I was looking for a low abrasion powder and settled on this one mainly because the reviews complained that it was dirty (because it's very fine). It didn't disappoint, although I didn't find it particularly difficult to deal with. Just be aware that when you're done, it can stain clothes and wear down any surfaces it hits. In terms of efficiency, I like everything so far. My teeth feel incredibly smooth and look aโ€ฆ

Great price, lots of stuff. but dirty

The first thing I did was open the case. A black cloud immediately flew out and landed on my pants and shirt. I tried to keep my clothes snug against my body as I shuffled my bag in and out of the bathroom. The zipper was still closed, so this powder had to be between the zipper and the zipper. Anyway, I expected to wear it on my pants and shirt to have it everywhere. I couldn't believe how hard it was getting off the tub, tub walls, shower curtain and arms. This powder is very fine andโ€ฆ
