Low Battery Crash
My Jeep 04 TJR has been "tuned" and my battery has been disconnected for some service. When power was restored, the setting was lost from the ECM and stored in the TCM, giving a trouble code and completely disabling the speedometer. This was fixed by having ALL the codes in the ECM cleared by a dedicated mechanic with the right gear (dealer couldn't help). 6 months later the battery dies and the same problems appear. Now I have to find a specialist again and hope that he can set me up. I take off the tuning (tire size and 87 octane fuel) and throw this tuner in the trash. By the way, setting the tire size to 35 inches did not help. helps speedometer as intended. Shows 10-15 mph slower than actual speed at 60 mph.
