After our first purchase I had a fairly simple installation question - I just wanted to make sure I was doing it right - and I reached out to the company with my question. Not only did I get a very quick response, they also included a manual to help me with the installation and THEN they contacted me a day later to see how my installation went. Nobody does. In addition, the installation was easy. Well my daughter loved the lights so much my college daughter was dying to have them for her dorm room. We ordered another set and she is very happy with the result. She loves the variable color settings, easy Bluetooth connectivity, and incredibly easy-to-use app. Let's install our third set!
