I am more than satisfied with this great iron and steamer! The main reason I chose this iron is that it comes with a 3 year warranty and a LIFETIME soleplate warranty. A good assessment of product quality can be based on a company's confidence in its products. So when they come with a decent guarantee, you know it's going to exceed all expectations. I also loved its aesthetic and modern look. It definitely works on all types of fabrics. It heats up in about 10 seconds so you don't have to wait to start ironing. Lots of fabric and steam settings to choose from. I was also very pleased with its ability to steam clothes. The water tank is sufficient so that you don't have to keep refilling water. This auto shut off is very handy as I sometimes forget to turn it off when the day is busy. One of my favorite features is the retractable 8-foot cord; No more tangling up the cord or tripping over it and pulling it down. Overall, this is a 5 star iron across the board at an incredibly reasonable price! (The manufacturer tests every iron, so there isn't much water in the tank).
