Everything is attached with velcro. The headset took up half the space of my son's other helmet mic, but gave him a little more room in the helmet. Mutes the motorcycle audio so the person receiving the phone can hear clearly. Didn't reduce the music on his side. He adjusted volume based on background noise - up/down. He took it for a long trip and battery and everything was fine. Speed over 70-80. Nothing came off. The clasp is strong. It is not easy to remove parts to charge the device. This is a good device. Would recommend to my friends. After using it for 2 months the noise started to fade a bit to the point where the noise stopped altogether. The rubber sheathing of the cables on the helmet mount came off. When it works, it happens sporadically with lots of noise and interruptions. Update: It's completely broken now. The wires are completely frayed. There is no sound at all. This is only after a few months of use. Can't recommend it at all. It was a good idea but this product was disappointing. It was removed and thrown away. He collapsed completely in the helmet. The wires are completely frayed.
