Great product when it works. This is the second one I've bought and (just like the first) the lights suddenly stopped working. I'm not rough with it or using it excessively so I'm not sure what the problem is. I was able to get the first one working again after twisting the cable in a weird way until the light came on. The only way to hold his work was to put an elastic band across that part of the cord to hold it in that position. But let's be realistic. It's too much and it's not necessary. Tried the same with the second one but it doesn't work at all. The cable itself is not damaged, which means the problem is with the wiring. I emailed the seller after the first one died and never got a reply. I will not send an email about the second one as it will most likely also go unanswered. Eventually I won't buy anymore. Especially after two of them failed after just a few months. My advice: spend your money elsewhere and buy something that will last longer than 4-6 months.
