I have used many whitening products and have always been disappointed. I've never had these brilliant white teeth. Well, apparently the key to everything is bright light! This is my first time using this product. I have never used an LED whitening machine before. I got nervous when the light got a little warmer, but I think that's normal. I'm not rough with it or using it excessively so I'm not sure what the problem is. I was able to get the first one working again after twisting the cable in a weird way until the light came on.
