Firstly I have no problems with this product, it is exactly as advertised. I've marked it 3 stars because I'm having some issues with it. I don't like how my Anova nano fits in the jar, maybe other sous vide cookers fit the jar better, but I have to almost overfill the jar to reach the minimum waterline on the Anova and once the water is up to temperature reached, I need to remove some water (usually 4 cups or more) to make room for what I'm cooking. I still use this container for sous vide eggs but have since bought a larger container that fits my Anova better and no water removal etc.
